At our trial, we created a custom up-do by combining ideas from a few images, and she made sure I loved it before leaving. I had a phone call with her to discuss my upcoming wedding style and aesthetic, and quickly booked my trial appointment with her for the following week. On my wedding day, Erika arrived exactly on time (even a little bit early!), and took SUCH good care of me, my MOH and my stepdaughters-to-be!
